Hey there y’all! It’s been a long four months since I’ve posted on here. I had to take a break for personal reasons. This year so far has not been the best, causing me anxiety and some small panic attacks. From that, I’ve also experienced lots of chest pains and heart palpitations from my anxiety and worry.
For that reason, I decided to take some personal time for myself.
I also made the decision to start gravitating back towards a more vegetarian-based diet for heart and health purposes. I haven’t cut out meat entirely – at least not yet, but I definitely am trying to cut my cholesterol intake significantly.
I had a major car issue these past couple months which also caused me to miss the gym because of a bad coolant leak. It took me a lot of time, a lot of money, and a lot of stressful weeks just to get my problem resolved. I learned some lessons this year, and that is not to put too much trust into people that you want to give the benefit of the doubt. There are definitely some shady and crooked people out there who take advantage of others, and I had to learn the hard way. Nonetheless, you live and you learn and every experience teaches you something that helps you grow as a person.
Now that it’s April, and things are finally coming together, I can regain my focus and put it back into my blog and continue to write and create healthy foods that I can share with you guys.
This time, however, the recipes I’ll be posting will be geared more towards vegetarian, vegan, and plant based foods. As you can already see, health is a huge priority for me, and staying healthy both internally and externally is equally important.
